Key Responsibilities:
>Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
>Answer incoming customer queries professionally
>Explain company products/services clearly
> Total calls 200+
>Generate and qualify leads
>Follow up on interested prospects
>Maintain call records in CRM/Excel.
>Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call & sales targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
