Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Shaheen Bagh, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company and its products/services, understanding customer requirements, and confirming genuine leads.

The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of English. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Introduce yourself and communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Provide clear and accurate information about the company, products, and services.

• Understand the customer's requirements and answer basic queries.

• Identify and confirm genuine/interested leads.

• Collect and update relevant customer information accurately.

• Follow up with interested customers when required.

• Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, and lead status.

• If the customer has detailed questions or requires further consultation, consult the Team Leader only before providing further information.

• Follow the instructions and calling process provided by the Team Leader.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude with customers.

• Ensure customer information and company details are communicated correctly.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic/normal English communication is required.

• Hindi communication skills are preferred.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to understand customer needs and identify potential leads.

• Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
