• Minimum 1-year experience in Immigration industry (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi & English

• Strong telesales and convincing skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound & inbound calls for immigration services

• Guide clients about visa and immigration processes

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful cases

• Maintain proper client records and follow-ups
