Leapsys (Leap Money) is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, explain financial products/services, and generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Leap Money services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any field
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Candidates with 0–1 year telesales or customer support experience will be preferred
