About Lampzon

Lampzon is dedicated to providing innovative products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, generate sales, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Lampzon products/services.

• Convert leads into successful sales by effectively presenting product benefits.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English is preferred.
