Job responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead databases to introduce and promote Personal, Home, and Business Loan products. hand over qualified leads to the Team Coordinator with a complete summary of the customer's profile, requirements, and conversation notes.
2. Engage prospects in a consultative conversation to understand their financial background, loan purpose, income, and repayment capacity
