Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Outreach: Call potential leads to introduce our range of Loan and Insurance products.

• Sales Pitching: Effectively explain the benefits and features of various financial products to meet customer needs.

• Relationship Building: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and build trust.

• Closing Deals: Guide customers through the application process and ensure successful conversion.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets to maximize your earnings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication: Fluent and clear conversation skills to engage customers effectively.

• Persuasion Power: Strong convincing skills to handle objections and close sales.

• Persistence: A positive mindset with the ability to handle rejections.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales, banking, or insurance is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on interview).

• High Incentives: Earn performance-based incentives ranging from ₹500 to ₹1,00,000+. There is no upper limit for high performers!
