Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in inside sales and insurance calling. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients

Identify business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales pitches

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the insurance or fin tech industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
