📌 Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for selling **Personal Loans ** and **Overdraft Facilities ** to customers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, documentation, and achieving sales targets.

## ✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and social networking

🔹 Sell Personal Loan & Overdraft products to salaried and self-employed customers

🔹 Explain loan eligibility, EMI, interest rates, and repayment terms

🔹 Collect and verify customer documents

🔹 Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing

🔹 Build strong customer relationships

🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets

🔹 Maintain daily sales reports and customer database

🔹 Ensure compliance with banking and company policies

Required Skills

Good communication skills

Sales & convincing ability

Customer handling skills

Basic banking & finance knowledge

MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred

## 🎓 Eligibility

Graduate in any stream preferred

Freshers can also apply

Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or loan sales is an advantage
