Job Description:

We are hiring Insurance Relationship Executives for customer support and policy assistance roles. This position is non-target based and does not involve aggressive sales. The main responsibility is to guide and assist customers regarding insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain insurance policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers

Assist customers in policy documentation and form filling

Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and service requests

Maintain proper customer records and follow-up as required

Build long-term relationships with customers through ethical communication
