Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Day Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our travel membership services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services and membership plans.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system.

• Verify data, correct errors, and identify inconsistencies promptly.

• Follow up with leads and ensure proper conversion.

• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records for easy access.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal use.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (English + Regional Language preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing is an added advantage.
