Position: Telecaller – Toll-Free Call Handling

Reporting To: Customer Service Manager / Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming toll-free calls from customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and prospective buyers. The role involves providing product information, resolving customer queries, registering complaints, generating sales leads, and ensuring excellent customer service for TMT steel products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming toll-free customer calls professionally and courteously.
Provide information about TMT products, grades, pricing, offers, and dealer locations.
Register customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and technical teams for issue resolution.
Generate and forward sales leads to the concerned sales representatives.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and call details.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Achieve call handling and customer service targets as assigned.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or PUC/Any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or call center operations.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
