Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller to connect with potential and existing customers over phone calls, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain products/services and address customer queries.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential customers on a regular basis.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned department.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
