Job Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

 Explain banking products and services, including personal loans, business loans, home

loans, credit cards, and insurance.

 Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

 Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers or Sales Executives.

 Follow up with customers regarding document collection, loan applications, and

application status.

 Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

 Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

 Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy

guidelines.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer

applications.

 Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

 Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
