Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B operations. The role involves handling client communication, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal administrative and data management processes to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls with business clients professionally
Maintain and update client and business data in systems accurately
Verify data, identify errors, and ensure timely corrections
Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval
Support administrative tasks across departments as required
Generate reports and summaries for internal decision-making
Ensure confidentiality of all business and client information
Key Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, CRM tools)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to work 6 days a week (Day Shift)
