1. Customer Interaction & Consultation
Meet or connect with customers to understand their financial needs.
Suggest suitable loan products (personal loan, home loan, business loan, etc.).
2. Loan Processing
Assist customers in filling out loan applications.
Collect and verify required documents (ID proof, income proof, bank statements).
3. Credit Assessment
Evaluate the customer’s creditworthiness based on income, CIBIL score, and repayment capacity.
Analyze risk before recommending loan approval.
4. Loan Approval Coordination
Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams.
Ensure smooth processing and faster approval of loan applications.
