Telecaller – Job Description (Restaurant Reservations & Guest Engagement)

Position: Telecaller
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working Model: First 3 hours from office, remaining work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential guests, promote restaurant reservations, and help achieve weekly booking targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing guests via phone.

• Convince guests to visit the restaurant and make reservations.

• Achieve assigned weekly reservation and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and bookings.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.

• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Coordinate with restaurant teams regarding reservations and guest preferences.

• Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

• Comfortable working with weekly targets.

• Basic computer and smartphone skills.

• Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
