Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
Maintain client data and update records regularly
Follow company policies and calling procedures
Coordinate with the team and report to the supervisor
Minimum Qualification: __________________________
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (local language preferred)
