Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide information about aviation courses, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students from provided databases

• Handle inbound inquiries related to aviation courses and programs

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities in aviation

• Generate and qualify leads for admissions

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication

• Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits

• Maintain and update student databases and call records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (especially in education sector)
