Job Title: Telecaller / Education Counselor (Outbound)

Company: Fly2Infinity Education Consultancy

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and prospective candidates.

• Inform students about career counseling services offered by Fly2Infinity.

• Convince and schedule students for office visits for career counseling sessions.

• Promote and register students for upcoming webinars related to various courses and colleges.

• Maintain proper call records and student details.

• Follow up with interested students to ensure visit and webinar attendance.

• Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth student engagement.

Required Skills & Languages:

• Good communication skills.

• Fluency in Hindi, English, Bengali, and Nepali.

• Ability to handle student queries confidently.

• Persuasive and result-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling or education consultancy will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
