We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller who can communicate fluently in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be capable of handling customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Convince and negotiate with customers to close sales or generate leads.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer support will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and results-driven approach.
