We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at First Fly Services Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. Core Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explaining products/services clearly and persuasively
Generating leads and converting them into sales
Following up with interested prospects regularly
Handling customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
