HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Position 1: Telecaller – Loans Process

Number of Openings: 8

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Loan/Finance Telecalling)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to customers for loan products

• Explain loan details such as eligibility, interest rates & documentation

• Generate and convert leads into loan applications

• Regular follow-ups with customers for case closure

• Maintain customer records and call logs

• Coordinate with internal processing and credit teams

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Required Skills

• Experience in loan or financial telecalling

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)

• Target-oriented and convincing skills

• Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Position 2: Relationship Manager – Loans

Number of Openings: 2

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 year in loan sales/relationship management

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customers and maintain strong relationships

• Manage the complete loan process from login to disbursement

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products

• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets

Required Skills

• Experience in loan sales or relationship management

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Knowledge of loan products and documentation

• Result-oriented and professional approach
