Job Description: Telesales Executive – Real Estate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, generate qualified leads, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain daily lead updates and follow-up status in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Follow up with customers post–site visit for feedback and closure
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and lead status reports
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to persuade and convert leads.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (not mandatory).
Knowledge of Multi-Media edits and create video
Experience: 0–3 years in telesales/customer service; freshers welcome.
Education: 10 or 12th pass;
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives.
