Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided data.
Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project benefits.
Generate and schedule site visit appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested clients regularly.
Maintain proper record of calls and update CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & lead targets.
Coordinate with sales team for client updates.
Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
