Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Success Officers (Telecallers) for handling customer calls related to personal loans and overdraft products. The candidate will connect with customers, explain loan products, and assist them throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan & overdraft products
• Explain product details, eligibility, interest rates, and required documents
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with leads for application completion
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 0 months – 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Service
• Experience in loan or financial services will be preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment
