We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to promote and enroll students in our educational courses. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping learners find the right educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents via phone calls.
Explain course features, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent support throughout the enrollment process.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams when required.
