Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Telecalling Agent to engage with potential leads, explain financial products (Insurance / Loans), and convert inquiries into successful applications. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with generated leads

Explain insurance and loan products clearly to customers

Assist customers with application processes

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be 18 years or older

Must be a resident of India

Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)

Basic understanding of financial products is a plus

Misuse of services, submission of fake documents, or impersonation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and above or 6 months - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
