Job Title: Telecaller / Meeting Booking Executive (Solar)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to call on leads and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems.
- Generate interest and qualify leads.
- Book appointments for the Sales Consultants.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily calling and meeting booking targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Daily KPI:
- Minimum 150–200 calls per day.
- Minimum 5 confirmed meetings booked per day.
