Job Description

E-Ashwa Automotive Pvt. Ltd. is a growing electric vehicle company focused on providing affordable and sustainable mobility solutions across India. We are expanding our dealer and distributor network and are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth and dealer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, automobile sales, dealer/distributor acquisition, or the EV industry and should be comfortable working on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and business partners for E-Ashwa products.

• Generate new business leads through field visits, market research, networking, referrals, and other channels.

• Contact, qualify, and follow up with potential dealers and business prospects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.

• Visit potential markets and identify new business and expansion opportunities.

• Present E-Ashwa products, dealership opportunities, and business proposals to prospective partners.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of new business deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams for dealer onboarding, documentation, order processing, and delivery.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective business partners.

• Track leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Automobile Sales, Dealer Acquisition, or a related role.

• Experience in the EV or automobile industry will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Comfortable with field visits and regular travel for business development.

• Basic understanding of dealer networks, distribution, or B2B sales.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in EV sales, automobile dealerships, distributor sales, B2B sales, field sales, channel sales, or dealer acquisition are preferred.
