DSO Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain our software solutions, generate qualified leads, schedule product demonstrations, and help convert inquiries into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce and explain DSO Software products, including Restaurant POS, Retail POS, Hotel PMS, Billing Software, and ERP solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule software demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive attitude with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Quick learner with a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+2, Graduate preferred.
