Telecaller – Technician Onboarding & Success (Founding Team)
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Driveurway Automotive. This is a founding team role reporting directly to the Founder, ideal for someone smart, driven, and excellent at communication.
What you'll do:
Call and guide technicians who have submitted the onboarding form, clearly explaining how the DriveUrWay platform and onboarding process works
Support technicians end-to-end until their onboarding is fully completed
Follow up proactively with technicians to resolve any issues or roadblocks during onboarding
Convince and motivate technicians to recharge their wallet to start receiving leads
Monitor the technician dashboard regularly, track activity, and flag any issues or anomalies to the founder
Build strong relationships with technicians to ensure high satisfaction and retention on the platform
What we're looking for:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada/Hindi/English
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with target-driven follow-ups
Basic comfort with using dashboards/apps to track data
Self-starter mindset — this is a founding team position with high ownership and direct visibility to the founder
Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus, but attitude and communication matter more
