Core Responsibilities
Your daily activities will focus on two critical pillars of the sales cycle:
1. Lead Generation & Market Identification The first step to success is finding the right audience. You will be responsible for identifying individuals or business owners who are both eligible for and interested in credit card products. This involves:
Networking: Leveraging your personal and professional connections to find potential leads.
Field Activities: Engaging in direct outreach to local businesses and professionals.
Market Analysis: Understanding which demographics benefit most from specific banking products and targeting them effectively.
2. End-to-End Customer Facilitation Once a potential lead is identified, you become their dedicated consultant. Your goal is to ensure a high conversion rate by:
Product Matching: Explaining the unique benefits of various cards (cashback, travel rewards, fuel points) to ensure the customer gets a product that fits their lifestyle.
Documentation Support: Guiding customers through the application process and ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.
Liaising with Banks: Tracking the application status and working closely with our partner banks to ensure a smooth and successful approval process.
