We Are Hiring – Telecaller
Ghanshyam Ayurveda is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to customers and follow up with leads.
Explain company services and products to customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
Coordinate with the team for customer-related queries.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
