3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services

4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with customers
Follow up with interested clients and maintain engagement
5. Data Management
Update customer details in CRM or Excel sheets
Maintain records of calls, feedback, and sales
6. Achieving Targets
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Work towards revenue goals set by the company
7. Handling Complaints
Listen to customer issues patiently
Provide solutions or escalate to the concerned department
8. Product Knowledge
Stay updated about company products, services, and offers
Explain features and benefits clearly to customers
9. Coordination with Teams
Work with sales, marketing, and support teams for better customer service
