Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in guiding them through visa processes and booking consultations.

Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list.

·       Explain visa options such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa.

·       Guide clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria.

·       Schedule consultations with our immigration counselors.

·       Maintain client records in the CRM and follow up regularly.

·       Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

·       Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.

Requirements

·       Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

·       Fresher and Experience both can apply.

·       Strong persuasion and client-handling ability with a sales-driven mindset.

·       Deep understanding of immigration/visa processes.

·       Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

·       Computer proficient (MS Office, CRM systems, emails).
