Crednexa Finserv is a fast-growing financial services company specializing in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Overdraft Facilities. We work with leading Banks and NBFCs to help customers choose the right financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

- Explain loan products and assess customer requirements.

- Generate and qualify leads for various financial products.

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.

- Follow up with interested customers until the application is submitted.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

Eligibility

For Freshers Candidates

- Minimum 12th Pass

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Basic computer knowledge

For Experienced Candidates

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, or Loan DSA

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Experience in outbound calling will be preferred

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in Hindi

- Basic to Good communication in English

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Customer-focused approach

- Positive attitude and self-motivation

- Ability to work under targets

- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
