Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to handle customer communication related to loan services, follow-ups, and basic support. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with potential and existing clients regarding loan services
• Explain loan offers, eligibility, and basic process to customers
• Follow up with interested clients and coordinate for document collection
• Assist customers in submitting required loan documents and details
• Maintain proper call records and update customer data in the system
• Communicate professionally and achieve daily calling targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduation .

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette.
