Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Explain company products or services clearly and professionally. Generate leads. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
Required Skills :
Proficient in English (excellent verbal communication skills). In addition, proficiency in local languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, etc., will be an added advantage.. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel). Strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Graduate) Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not always required. Fluency in the required language. (English)
