Admission Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle hot leads provided by the company.
- Call prospective students and provide complete information about the available courses.
- Understand the student’s requirements and explain the course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested students.
- Convince and motivate students to visit the institute for counselling.
- Conduct counselling and assist students with the admission process.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, visits, and admissions.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to every prospective student.
