Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion:
• Make outbound calls to provided leads and engage prospects to understand
their requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication, address queries promptly, and guide
clients through project details to drive conversions.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and communication records.
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
3. Project Knowledge & Communication:
• Understand project offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate
information.
• Assist in scheduling site visits and meetings with the sales team.
4. Reporting & Collaboration:
• Share daily/weekly updates on calls, leads, and conversions with
management.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and
promotions.
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi preferred).
Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
Confident, persuasive, and resilient in handling outbound calls.
