Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

📍 Location: Ulwe, Sector 19, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly
Share information on pricing, location benefits, and project highlights
Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into site visits
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of real estate (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Target-driven and self-motivated
