Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and understand customer needs.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Provide accurate and timely reports to the team leader/manager.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during call
Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc. as needed).
Good listening skills and patience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
