Role / Title: Telecaller.
Reporting to: Team Leader/Manager.
Department: Loans
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
The applicant will be responsible to help customers with queries and questions related to products and services. We are looking for Tele callers to join our team, who is passionate to work alongside a team on a long-term basis.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
● Respond to customer queries and customer concern
● Deliver scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific the customer.
● Maintain record of Customer details like name, address and the feedback and records of transactions.
● Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services
● Provide excellent customer service by explaining customers about our products.
● Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
● Should be fluent in language spoken and in making out-bound calls.
● Should be able to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Skills Set Required:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi) & other language will be an added Advantage.
