We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, explain our franchise consultancy services, and schedule appointments with prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective franchise partners and business owners.

• Explain franchise opportunities and Business Genie’s consultancy services clearly.

• Understand customer requirements, business interests, and preferred locations.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through telephone calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule meetings or consultations with the sales and franchise consultancy team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer service.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Fluent in Hindi / English.

• Good convincing, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work with sales targets.
