Blackbit Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, engage with clients over the phone, explain our services and guide potential leads efficiently. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Handle follow-ups with potential clients, regularly.
Maintain call records and customer data.
Work towards achieving assigned targets.
Provide excellent customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers to 1 year experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Ability to influence clients over the phone.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer proficiency
