We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller / Academic Counselor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students regarding courses and admissions, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups

• Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about programs

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates

• Convert leads into successful admissions

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and counseling abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email)

• Professional and positive attitude
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

• Experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support will be preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
