About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling students and parents, driving admissions, and building strong customer relationships. If you have a passion for sales, communication, and helping students achieve their academic goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify prospective student leads through calls.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with inquiries and guide prospects through the complete admission process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by the organization.

• Handle objections effectively and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

• Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.

• Willingness to work on-site
