Key Responsibilities

• Handle visa application filing and documentation for various countries, based on the consultancy's services.

• Collect, review, and verify client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Prepare visa application forms, checklists, cover letters, and supporting documents as required.

• Ensure all applications comply with the latest official visa requirements and prescribed guidelines.

• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents, clarifications, and additional information.

• Manage document scanning, printing, uploading, file preparation, and record maintenance.

• Schedule visa appointments and coordinate biometric appointments or submission procedures, wherever applicable.

• Track application status, processing timelines, and important deadlines.

• Maintain proper client files, application records, and confidential documentation.

• Coordinate with visa counsellors, sales staff, clients, and relevant visa application centres as required.

• Inform clients about documentation requirements, application progress, and procedural updates.

• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures through official sources.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of all applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications will be an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in visa filing, visa processing, immigration consultancy, or travel documentation preferred.

• Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for countries such as Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, and Schengen countries will be an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, email, online application portals, and document management.

• Strong attention to detail and document-verification skills.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

• Professional client-handling skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
