Job Description:

B.L. Tandon & Co. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the electrical and electronic distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle customer inquiries related to electrical and electronic products.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Provide product information and quotations to customers.

• Maintain a database of customers and update call records.

• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for order processing and delivery.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).

• Experience in telecalling or inside sales will be preferred.
